Menu à la Carte
Welcome to Osteria di Fonterutoli, where our chefs Marco Capparelli Mugnai and Matteo Piscopo, together with their young and passionate team, present a menu based on genuine ingredients, mainly game, freshwater fish, our vegetable garden and small local producers. It's a circular and sustainable cuisine, where every single resource of the ingredient is employed. We present original dishes, often inspired by classic recipes of the Tuscan tradition with a contemporary twist, paired with our wines of Fonterutoli and of our other estates, Belguardo and Zisola. Our wine list also includes a selection of the best Chianti Classico Gran Selezione labels from the Castellina area.

Chef's Choice "Carte Blanche"
The idea behind "Carte Blanche" Menu is to replace both the "Tasting Menu" and the "Dish of the Day" with a single proposal, creative and flexible, that will allow our Chefs to best outline the season, the purchases, the flavours, the inspiration "of the day".
If there is a dish in the standard Menu that intrigues you in a special way, you can ask to have it included in the "Carte Blanche" Menu; however, our suggestion is to let the talent of our Chefs surprise you.

Wine List
Since 1435, here in Fonterutoli, our family has been devoted to viticulture, with passion and constant commitment generation after generation. The Osteria di Fonterutoli, nestled in the vineyards, offers a perfect combination of an authentic and neat cuisine - based mainly on home recipes - with the wines we produce; for this reason we would like to offer the possibility to taste all our wines, including the most important and famous ones: by the glass or by the bottle, sometimes in special sizes and rare vintages.
