Menu à la Carte

We offer a simple and at the same time refined cuisine; in addition to the best fresh local ingredients, the star is the local game. We propose some original recipes of the Mazzei family as well as the traditional Tuscan dishes with some extra-region trip, reinterpreted by our chef Marco Capparelli, paired with the wines of our three estates: Fonterutoli, Belguardo and Zisola.

Since 1435, here in Fonterutoli, our family has been devoted to viticulture, with passion and constant commitment generation after generation. The Osteria di Fonterutoli, nestled in the vineyards, offers a perfect combination of an authentic and neat cuisine - based mainly on home recipes - with the wines we produce; for this reason we would like to offer the possibility to taste all our wines, including the most important and famous ones: by the glass or by the bottle, sometimes in special sizes and rare vintages.
